Overview

We are seeking 2 x dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team for our Aparthotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean, organised, and welcoming for our guests.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to established cleanliness standards. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presented neatly. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards are essential for success in this role. It would desirable if candidates have experience undertaking minor maintenance tasks

Work Arrangements

Flexible work pattern of 18hrs per week between 10am - 4pm over 7 days
