We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, excellent time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies, including toiletries, towels, and linens. Assist with laundry duties: washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens as required. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management. Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition. Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Cooperate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and service skills. Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
