We are looking for individuals with flexibility who are able to work Monday to Sunday between 8am and 2pm.

Role Overview




As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our home remains clean, pleasant, and safe for residents and visitors. This includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness in both individual living areas and shared communal spaces. You will ensure cleaning products are used correctly and safely, following all instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.


Required Knowledge & Experience




Customer Service NVQ2 would be advantageous. Previous cleaning experience and product knowledge is desirable. Understanding of safe use of cleaning products. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment (e.g., carpet cleaners). Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding of vulnerable adults. Awareness of workplace health and safety, including COSHH.

Required Skills




Well-organised with strong time management. Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal and empathy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to prioritise tasks and plan effectively around resident needs.
