Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Change bed linens and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, polished, and hygienic Collect keys and permits following our company procedures Maintain organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet or upholstery cleaning if required Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or client requests promptly and courteously

Qualifications

Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting or bending Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
