We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate cleaning methods. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Assist with laundry services as needed. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages to management.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Basic cooking skills are a plus, as there may be occasions where meal preparation is required. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
