Part Time PA/ General administrator
We are looking for an efficient and professional administrator to assist our chairman with personal administration and organisation. This person will be responsible for PA duties for the chairman such as arranging travel, booking appointments and scheduling repairs as needed, as well as personal shopping and chores.
This is a highly trusted position within the business and we are looking for someone who will take great care of our Chairman, in return you get the excellent staff benefits of working for a larger company, while enjoying a small and personal working environment.
This position offers part time hours and will involve a hybrid working model between home working and our Chairman's home in Murthly. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have their own transport.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Reporting or arranging any necessary repairs.
Replenishing consumables.
Personal Shopping including picking up prescriptions
Admin tasks for Chairman
Diary Management/ Making Appointments/arranging travel
Car admin including booking in repairs/servicing
Ad-hoc tasks for the Chairman
