We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across Newhall House and our on-site cottages. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a beautiful rural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms and communal areas in Newhall House and cottages to a consistently high standard. Change bed linens, launder towels, and restock guest amenities. Perform general housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms and kitchens. Carry out deep cleaning during changeovers and peak periods. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management. Ensure cleaning materials are stocked and equipment is properly maintained. Work flexibly around guest changeovers, weddings, and events.

Essential Requirements:

Previous professional housekeeping experience is essential. A valid UK driver's licence and access to your own vehicle - due to our rural location, this is a requirement. Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
