We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Occasionally prepare simple meals or snacks for guests when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping within a hotel environment is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Basic cooking skills would be advantageous for preparing light meals or snacks.
