Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a successful candidate to join our Housekeeping Services at Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Gwaun Ely Buildings. The role will support part time hours based across Monday to Friday and will support afternoon position.



The role will support the Facilities (Hotel Services) team in delivering Housekeeping and Catering services to the National Standards for these services in NHS Wales, HIW standard 5 and 9 and Organisational Standards.



To assist in developing, maintaining and promoting the highest standards of service delivery and team working practices; and helping to maintain open, effective communication.

Work within the Health Board, to undertake duties as designated by the Hotel Services Supervisor.



Maintaining a high standard of environmental cleanliness



To observe and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, confidentiality, courtesy and consideration to all patients and fellow employees.
