Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
Replenish room amenities such as drinking glasses, coffee supplies, and minibar items
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in an organized manner
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and questions
Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel setting is a plus
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting up to 25 lbs, and standing for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
