We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust, dirt, and debris.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Skills
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members..
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
