We are seeking a

Housekeeper

to join the team at

Bowood Court

, our welcoming 59-bed residential care home in Enfield, Redditch, where you will take pride in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, infection prevention, and laundry care. The role involves attention to detail in tasks such as vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, polishing, deep cleans, and ensuring a consistent supply of clean linen, towels, and residents' personal clothing, while also enjoying positive interaction with residents and upholding our Adept family values of kindness, ownership, and clear communication.

We are recruiting a Housekeeper;

Pay of 12.23 Per Hour 20 Hour Contract Alternate Weekend Work Required

What we are looking for;

Previous Housekeeping experience (desirable) Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills Positive and caring attitude (essential) Attention to detail (essential)

You will be given a thorough induction into your role via one of our experienced mentors, while receiving both online and face to face training during this time and throughout your career at Adept Care. Our dedicated Training Manager and Dementia Manager are happy to arrange or support with any additional training you feel you may need to ensure you are supported in reaching your full potential while fulfilling your career ambitions.
