Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is advantageous, but full training will be provided. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces Change bed linens and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels Ensure all surfaces are dusted, swept, mopped, or vacuumed to a high standard Maintain organisation of storage areas and cleaning supplies Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment Assist with laundry duties as required Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or client needs courteously and professionally

Skills

Experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential Basic cooking skills are a plus for roles involving meal preparation or kitchen upkeep Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests or clients Organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is desirable but training will be provided

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
