Here at Aspris, we are proud to be a leading provider of specialist education services with over 30 schools nationwide. We are recruiting for a Housekeeper to join us in opening a new school for autistic children and young people (opening September 2025).

What will Aspris Ridgeway look like?



Aspris Ridgeway School will be a centre of autism expertise and excellence, educating up to 60 pupils aged 7-19 with identified autism needs and in receipt of an EHCP. A welcoming school environment with clearly defined specialist therapy and teaching areas, staffed and resourced to meet individual complex needs. A school with strong leadership and governance. A provider of opportunities that engage young people in appropriate learning, so they achieve outstanding progress relative to their starting points. A provider of a highly individualised, therapeutic based curriculum which prepares pupils with skills for lifelong learning.


We aim to open initially with Y5 and Y6 pupils.

Main duties:



Delivers and maintains a clean and tidy environment throughout the school, in line with operational standards and ensures that work processes comply with statutory regulations. Ensures that Aspris minimum standards are delivered in all areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team. Identifies and reports damage, faults and other related issues to the maintenance manager to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations. Adopt new services that are already introduced within the group Use equipment efficiently, in order to gain a greater value for money
