Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established cleanliness standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a tidy appearance throughout the premises. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in designated areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning services. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Basic cooking skills are advantageous for roles that may involve meal preparation or serving in addition to cleaning duties.
Expected hours: 15 (3 days per week)
