Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within a lovely Pub & Restaurant sat on 5-acres with 4 chalets and 6 bedrooms. Ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Making hotel beds with hospital corners. Ensure all areas are tidy and well-maintained, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred. Experience in the hotel industry or commercial cleaning is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and residents. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
