We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at the Seamill Hydro Hotel in West Kilbride. This role involves supporting the Housekeeping Team in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel. For this role, we are offering early shifts with hours between 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, or backshifts with hours between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, providing flexibility to suit the needs of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Clean all public areas of the hotel to a high standard. Maintain and service guest bedrooms according to occupancy and arrivals, ensuring any special requests are fulfilled. Ensure all rooms meet company standards and complete relevant documentation for room checks. Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms or public areas to the Duty Manager. Identify and report any concerns regarding guest misuse of hotel facilities. Prioritise guest comfort and safety at all times. Follow instructions from the Duty Manager and Head of Housekeeping. Keep all working and public areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.

What We're Looking For:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred. A hard-working, reliable, and punctual team player. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
