Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of the establishment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in hotel housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or residential cleaning. It would work well for someone who is perhaps already cleaning and is looking for additional cleaning work.

Hours and days can be flexible but the successful candidate must be available to work on Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays (Not every Saturday / Sunday, but as required).

Our busiest times are in school holidays, particularly in the summer months, so the succesful applicant would need to be available to work at those times.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including glamping lodges and events venue.

-Liasing with Director to organise other cleaners on your days off.

-Ordering linen supplies and picking up cleanining supplies as and when required.

- Preparing family dinners or lunches as and when required.

-Sorting Laundry and changing beds.

-Assisting Director in other cleaning / sorting tasks as and when required.

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Be flexible in working different hours each week.

-Hold a full UK driving licence with your own car.

-Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
