We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including hotels and hospitality venues. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to ensure that all areas are welcoming and presentable for guests.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitise bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and neatly presented. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
