Who are we?

Established in 2010, Complete Fertility joined the family of Virtus Health fertility clinics in 2018. We are a close-knit and supportive team of around 50 staff, with a focus on patient care, research, and innovation.

We are looking for a

Housekeeper

to join our team in Chandlers Ford. This role will be to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and provide an appropriate environment for the patient support services. The housekeeper role will cover the afternoon and early evening. Occasional morning cover may be required.

Are you full of energy with a knack for cleaning?

The successful candidate will have a key role in the success of the Centre, performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies. Keeping the clinic in a tidy and clean state at all times.

Essential qualifications and skills

Knowledge of and fluent in the English language

High school qualifications

Essential experience includes

Experience of working in the Independent Sector

Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper or similar

Experience in a customer service role

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Working quickly without compromising quality

Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-professional team

Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet to a basic level

Customer-oriented and friendly

Occasional working outside of normal office hours in line with the reasonable demands of the role

Pay: 12.50-12.75 per hour
