Iconinc are delighted to be bringing luxury student accommodation to Glasgow via The Bonnie. The Bonnie will provide 151 studio apartments with best-in-class, never experienced before facilities, to serve the students of Glasgow.

Right now, we're on the lookout for a Housekeeper to join our awesome team in Glasgow. This is a permanent, part-time role (15-36 hours per week), and we're all about flexibility, so we hope you are too!

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensure that all communal spaces are kept to a 7 cleanliness level.
Ensure that room cleans are done to a 7 standard.
To be presentable, clean, look smart in uniform, good personal hygiene. Be proactive, report any issues you see to management or the reception
team

To be accountable and trustworthy when lone working, expected to work
to standard without constant supervision

Completing jobs to the expected standard within a timely manner Understanding how to use cleaning chemicals and cleaning methods Displaying good customer service skills e.g. when working in tenants' room
when they are around

To be trustworthy - lone working in tenants' room with valuables around To be responsive - if any issues are reported at the of the shift or any time
in the shift, to include that in their daily tasks

Ensuring good time management in order to keep on schedule and
ensure all jobs are finished to the 7standard within the allotted time

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper Able to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of
performance

High level of customer service and friendly Prioritization and time management skills Working efficiently without compromising quality High standards of service provision Problem solving, ownership & initiative in the event of an emergency Able to multi-task and prioritise
