Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including commercial spaces and hotels. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust and debris. Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests promptly and courteously. Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or food preparation when required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-12.80 per hour
