Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented. Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists to maintain consistency and quality in service. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Manage cleaning supplies effectively, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and requesting replenishment as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Proven janitorial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
