We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper-Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various environments, including commercial spaces and customer facing area. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or guests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow established procedures for cleaning tasks to ensure consistency and quality. Assist in the preparation of rooms or areas for events or guests as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
