Job Description

We are a busy family looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy housekeeper/cleaner to help keep our home running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and able to manage household cleaning tasks efficiently while respecting the privacy and needs of the family.

Key Responsibilities

General cleaning of all rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces) Laundry and ironing (including bedding and towels) Changing bed linens and making beds Kitchen cleaning (worktops, appliances, oven, fridge) Bathroom cleaning (sinks, showers, toilets, mirrors) Organizing cupboards, wardrobes, and general tidying Emptying bins and recycling Assisting with occasional deep cleans (e.g., windows, upholstery, carpets) Light household errands (optional, depending on agreement) Reporting any maintenance or repair needs
Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of family's privacy Good communication skills Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning duties [Driving license - if required for errands]
