Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position is 5 days from 7 weekends included 4 hours per day.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented. Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea in guest rooms. Clean public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, to maintain a pristine environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift. A commitment to providing exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
