Your day to day as a Housekeeper with hours usually from: 0930-1330 will be spread over 5 days on - Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun
Providing the highest level of hospitality
Responding to guest comments and issues in a professional manner and rectifying any problems as soon as possible
Cleaning of bedrooms to required standards within a set time frame
Ensuring hotel procedures are followed at all times
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised regularly.
Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
Maintain an organised supply cart and ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently.
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and enhancing the guest experience.
