Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit another housekeeper/cleaner to join our rapidly growing team at the Elan Valley Hotel!

We are looking for someone to work between 12-40hrs per week with a mix of weekend and weekday shifts.

We offer full training but previous experience would be an advantage.

Now is a great time to join our friendly team as we begin the final stages of our expansion!

Usual hours are 7.30-2pm or 9-5pm with a paid lunch break on full days. There is the opportunity to increase hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel policies. Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles Strong background in hospitality services Familiarity with janitorial practices and standards Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills
