We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments within the care home. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including communal areas, Dining room, lounge, and bedrooms. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner. Assist with additional duties as required, which may include light cooking or food preparation in certain settings.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary. A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not essential.
