Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Housekeeper with a 'can do' attitude to join our team.

We are a four star, traditional Country Inn and Restaurant, with various accommodations and popular campsite

25-30 hours over a 5 day week with contract up to end of October with possibility of permanent position

Day shifts which include weekend work

Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not necessary

Duties:

- Clean and tidy all areas of the Pub, Restaurant and accommodations according to established standards

- Make beds, change linens and vacuum, sweep, mop and dust/polish all areas as needed

- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a proper manner
- Cleaning of all showers and toilets including campsite

- Shampoo carpets and upholstery as required

- Washing, drying and ironing of laundry
- Ability to work efficiently without supervision

Duties may include front of house/back of hours when needed

Extra hours working in the evenings available during peak season.

Due to our location and lack of public transport own transport is essential

Must have the right to work in UK

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
