We are looking for someone to join the domestic staff team on a part-time basis. The shift pattern is currently weekends and including helping out in the kitchen.
The role would be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the home. You would also train in the laundry to be able to launder household linens and service users clothing.
Ideally, you would have previous experience in this type of work but training will be given.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To maintain the internal cleanliness and tidiness of the home, as directed by the Housekeeper and cleaning schedules.
To observe and report any faulty equipment or items needing repair.
To work in such a manner as to comply with the requirements for the Health and Safety at Work Act and Company Policies and Procedures.
To observe all safety notices in relation to prohibited and mandatory action.
To work within COSHH guidelines.
T o be aware of Infection Control Guidelines and work accordingly.
To report all accidents/incidents to the Housekeeper or Manager on duty.
To report any incidents/allegations of abuse following the correct steps in line with Company Safeguarding Adults Policy and Procedures and Local Safeguarding Adults Policies.
