Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our establishment, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure they meet our quality standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain an inviting environment. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to uphold cleanliness throughout the premises. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary. Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned in a timely manner. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety while performing all cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines. A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members alike. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: 12.41-12.75 per hour
