Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping and Maintenance Help to join our team at The Dragon Hotel Swansea. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Located in Swansea, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience at our celebrated hotel.

Responsibilities

Basic maintenance jobs - bulb changing, filters cleaning, minor painting and decorating... Cleaning jobs - windows cleaning, parking area maintenance, carpet cleaning... Ensure all public areas are kept tidy and presentable. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special requests from guests to enhance their stay. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the hotel.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
