Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking an energetic and driven

Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Deeside Holiday Park (AB12 5FX) in a part time, permanent or seasonal position. This role is working between 12 to 18 hours per week, with the flexibility of working 3 to 4 days out of the week, including weekends. This is a hands on role with previous housekeeping experience preferred. More hours may be available on open shifts depending on business needs.

Role Expectations

Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all self catering holiday accommodation. Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all facilities including toilet and shower block, reception and games room. Providing excellent customer service at all times by responding promptly and professionally to customer queries/requests. Ensuring all accommodation is fully equipped, presented to a high standard and ready on time for all arrivals. Cleaning and preparation of towels and linen in our in house laundry facilities to a high standard.

Experience and Skills

Experience within a Holiday Park/Hotel or similar High attention to detail Takes pride and ownership for their work Be proactive and able to work on own initiative Excellent communication skills Adaptable and flexible Excellent customer service skills Basic IT skills
Operating hours are 9am-5pm, 7 days a week. Hours worked will typically be a minimum 12 hours over 3-4 days with shifts starting between 9/10am and finishing between 3-5pm. Regular weekend work is required.
