Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-orientated Housekeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
Thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
