We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Room Cleaner to join our team at Hampton By Hilton London Waterloo which is located in a central location on Waterloo Road next to the famous Old Vic theatre and perfect for both business and leisure visits to London. It is just moments away from some of the capital's most iconic attractions including the London Eye, Big Ben, The London Dungeons and many more. Also is just a short walk to the London underground network including Waterloo station from where you can navigate most of central London on the Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo lines.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Cleaner to join our team at a busy hotel in Central London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms to the hotel's standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor. Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly. Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times. Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information and belongings. Assist with laundry duties and cleaning of public areas when required. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 13.77 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
