We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.

Skills

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff. Basic cooking skills are an advantage for preparing simple meals or snacks when required. Familiarity with hotel operations is beneficial but not essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
