To be responsible for cleaning and tidying the hotel and apartments bedrooms & public areas.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
To offer the highest level of guest service in accommodation and all areas ensuring the agreed standard are achieved at all times.
Complete the domestic work required, including changing the bedclothes and cleaning and replenishing the bathroom.
Preparing bedrooms in the minimum length of time whilst respecting internal hotel procedures.
To ensure that cleanliness of bedrooms, public corridor, guest toilets, reception, restaurant, bar and function room are maintained to the agreed high standards.
To ensure accommodation stores are kept clean, tidy and organised and a systematic work method is in place.
To ensure that any maintenance issues /defaults are reported and dealt with in a prompt manner causing little or no disruption to guest (s).
To offer the highest level of Guest Care Service in accordance to agreed standards.
To attend hotel and departmental meetings as and when required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
