Be the person who creates the perfect first impression! As a Housekeeping Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy an immaculate, welcoming environment throughout their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain the high standards that our guests expect and deserve.

About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and conscientious team member who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of creating comfortable, spotless spaces for our guests. No previous experience is necessary - we provide full training and support to help you succeed in this essential role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and clean guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring every detail is perfect Maintain pristine communal areas throughout the hotel and apartments Dust and polish all furniture and fixtures to a sparkling finish Clean and sanitise bathrooms to ensure exceptional hygiene standards Vacuum and care for carpets and flooring throughout the property Identify and report any breakages, damages, or safety concerns promptly for repair Follow weekly rotas and complete daily checklists efficiently Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, showing flexibility and awareness of colleagues' needs Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and linen
