We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistant to join our friendly team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we provide at our beautiful hotel, nestled in the heart of the stunning Malvern Hills.

The Role:

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas. Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to our exacting standards, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities. Cleaning and maintaining public areas, such as hallways, bar lounge, and restrooms. Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Ensuring the safe and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies. Adhering to all health and safety regulations. Assisting with laundry duties as required. Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. The ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability and punctuality. Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
