Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at The Watermill Hotel in GB. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable stay. Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly. Restock supplies and report maintenance issues. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information. Assist with other housekeeping duties as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Prior experience with commercial cleaning is advantageous.
