What You'll Be Doing:
Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms and shared areas
Support daily laundry services, ensuring residents' clothing and linens are handled with care and respect
Follow all infection control, COSHH, and health & safety policies with diligence
Work closely with the care and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless, five-star experience
Build positive relationships with residents, being a friendly and respectful presence in their daily lives
Take pride in making the home feel beautifully kept, comfortable, and ready for guests at all times
What You'll Bring:
Previous housekeeping experience (in care, hotels, or hospitality is ideal--but not essential)
A good eye for detail and a quiet pride in getting the small things right
An understanding of how a clean, well-kept space contributes to dignity, wellbeing, and emotional comfort
A respectful, professional, and discreet approach
A genuine desire to make a difference through the work you do--even if it's behind the scenes
