Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent customer service skills, and has experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments.

Duties

The Housekeeper will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Cleaning and sanitising guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards. Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the property. Replenishing supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels as needed. Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism. Assisting with laundry duties when required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Adhering to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a hotel setting is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in housekeeping tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning duties. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
