13/hour plus tips which can be as much as an additional 2/hour. Range of hours available from 6 hours per week upwards.

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will ensure that all ensuite rooms and public areas of our pub and restaurant are maintained to the highest standards, creating the very best first impression for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering a timely, effective, and professional housekeeping service for all ensuite rooms and public areas. Ensuring all rooms are cleaned to exceed customer and owner expectations. Stocking ensuite rooms with appropriate linen and provisions before guest arrivals. Assisting with the deep cleaning of accommodation and pub areas as needed.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Due to limited public transport links, reliable transportation is essential. Please ensure you can easily travel to Chagford before applying.

Compensation:

Minimum 13 per hour plus tips which can be an additional 2 per hour more.
