Housekeeping Assistant/ Support Worker
Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced House keeping assistant / Support worker to work with in our Care Home in TF7 5BN.
Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residence rooms or office buildings.
Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Maintain our Garden areas as and when required
Cleans visiting rooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitising fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organisation of assigned areas.
Transports dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and return with clean linens.
Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum support to our service users and team.
Performs additional duties as needed to support our residents to deliver activities.
