Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail to contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests. Prior experience in hotel or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linen stock Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment Assist with laundry duties when necessary Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition and stored appropriately

Experience

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles is desirable but not mandatory Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures is beneficial Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential for delivering high-quality service Own vehicle and clean driving licence essential

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
