We are looking for a versatile, hands-on individual to join us in a dual role covering

Housekeeping

and

Breakfast Preparation

. This position requires someone with great attention to detail, energy, and a positive approach to hospitality.

Housekeeping Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards. Ensure all areas are sanitised, stocked, and ready for guest use. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management. Assist with laundry services, ensuring linens are clean, pressed, and well-presented. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment in an organised and efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests professionally and promptly.

Breakfast Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a simple, pre-ordered English breakfast for up to 20 covers over a 2-hour period (approximately twice a week). Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the breakfast kitchen, ensuring all supplies are stocked. Follow catering protocols and hygiene standards to deliver consistent quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred. Kitchen experience is desirable. Food Hygiene Level 2 (training can be provided if not yet obtained). Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to high standards of service.

Pay: 13.00 per hour
