We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Previous experience in hotels or janitorial services is highly desirable.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment. Restock supplies in guest rooms and communal areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with company policies. Assist with laundry duties when necessary to ensure timely availability of clean linens.

Requirements

Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
