ABOUT THE ROLE
The Housekeeping Floor Manager position ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the housekeeping team. The Housekeeping Floor Manager is responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards. These include guest service, cleaning and maintenance of rooms and corridors as well as pantries of the highest calibre in accordance with hotel standards. Assisting the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, the Floor Manager executes daily inspections of all assigned areas whilst maintaining a cost-efficient operation.
ABOUT YOU
Experience working as a Floor Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel of similar size
Fluent in written & spoken English
Experience working with various cleaning equipment, supplies and procedures
Excellent attention to details
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to meet the needs of the guests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
Good level of written and spoken English
Flexibility to work varied hours
Takes pride in own professional grooming
Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
