We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Porter to join our team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our premises, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to service excellence and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Linen Handling
: Collect, sort, and transport clean and dirty linen (e.g., towels, bed linens, tablecloths, etc.) to and from laundry facilities, storage areas, and guest rooms.Cleaning & Maintenance
: Ensure that linen storage areas are kept tidy, organized, and sanitary, and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of storage spaces.Equipment Management
: Assist in the proper storage and handling of housekeeping equipment and materials.Guest Room Support
: Help housekeeping staff deliver and replenish linens in guest rooms as required.Safety & Compliance
: Follow health and safety protocols, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and materials, and adhere to any relevant health and safety regulations.Communication
: Work closely with housekeeping staff and management to ensure timely and efficient linen distribution and collection.Pay: 12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
Work Location: In person
